Our security practices cover your data from the servers that process it, to the presses that print it, to the eyes that see it, to the hands that touch it, to the machines that address it, to the people that mail it.

Our Digital Data Processing room goes "red" when sensitive information is present, and only authorized personnel (armed with special card-keys) are allowed to enter. The doors remained locked with a red light indicating the room is secure and off-limits to non-authorized personnel.

Additionally, the steps taken to protect the data are very extensive and very detailed (and use phrases like "environmental monitors," "256-bit AES Backup Encryption," "EFS security," "Mirrored Memory," and "Hardware-based RAID systems.") Feel free to contact us for more information.

Short and Long Term Interruptions

We have both short and long term interruption plans in place, as well as a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan. We use complimentary suppliers, offsite data backup, and the use of offsite standing inventory to help in any interruptions that may take place.

We are also members of The Network Print Group to help if a more crippling event, such as a natural disaster effects production. The Network Print Group is a leading web, sheet-fed, digital print, and mail/fulfillment family of printers with 11 facilities strategically located throughout the United States to assist and support in times of disaster recovery. In other words, if we can't print your job due to some unforeseen disaster, our Print Group partner in Des Moines can. Of course, our partnerships with local vendors and suppliers also aid in those instances, but it's nice to know that you're covered no matter what.
